Precision CNC · Inspection on the same floor
Named machines. Measured parts.
Five-axis cells, a CMM next to the mill, and a dock that takes a print — not a mood board. This is a sample plant site.

Follow one part across the floor
Dock to CMM, in one walk.

Op 00 · Dock
Your print comes in the door.
Drawing, model, material, and quantity land at receiving. Someone reads the print before anyone promises a cycle time.

Op 10 · Cell 1 · Five-axis
Five-axis milling
Enclosed cells, tool magazines on the machine, coolant that stays in the enclosure. Complex parts without a second setup if the print allows it.

Op 20 · Cell 2 · Tended
Tended cells
Robot load on repeating work. Lights-out only where the fixture and the program have already earned it.

Op 30 · CMM · Granite
Inspection beside the cut
CMM on granite, in the same room as the mill. First-article and in-process checks without a trip across town.

Op 40 · Quote desk
Then it comes back here, with the report.
Measured parts ship with the inspection they passed. Send the print first and the quote names the cell it will run on.
